We are happy to make arrangements for special order items. A down-payment of 50% of the total cost of the order is required. Full payment is due upon completion of order.

If needed, we offer delivery for customers in the City of Alpena, MI for a fee of $15.00. Deliveries to outlying areas (i.e. Alpena Township and surrounding communities) will be assessed the minimum $15.00 delivery fee plus.32 cents per mile. Delivery fees may not be charged (VISA/MASTERCARD).

Raymond Reynolds, an Instrumental Music Teacher and trumpet player (hence the "Bugle " Woodworking name), is shown hand-sanding an Adirondak chair.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within thirty (30) days of purchase and we will issue you a return authorization form. Returns must be delivered or shipped at your expense within ten days after receipt of the form. Authorized returns will be given a full refund (less shipping charges) upon receipt of the returned item. Returns must be in the SAME condition as when purchased.

We are proud that every item that leaves our shop meets our strict structural specifications. Please let us know if you have any problems during normal use (excluding normal wear and tear) within ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. We'll make every attempt to make it right.

We accept personal checks, company checks, cashier checks and money orders and VISA/ MASTERCARD during our usual seasonal operational months May through October. Orders via the internet can be paid through PayPal.
